Menumo AI provides a service that converts restaurant menu documents into AI-optimized schema markup (JSON-LD) and llms.txt files. The Service processes PDF, Word documents, and images to generate structured data for improved AI discoverability.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 Pricing Plans

We offer two pricing plans:

• One-Time Use: $19.99 per menu processing
• Lifetime Access: $59.99 for unlimited menu processing

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All payments are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion.

4.3 Subscription Terms

Lifetime access grants you unlimited use of the Service for the duration of the Service's availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the menu content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload any content you submit, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Menumo AI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms
